2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
  • Domestic Shipping: We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited. Rates and estimated delivery times vary by location and will be calculated during checkout.
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times depend on the destination country.
  • Please note that customs and import duties may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Order Tracking
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

4. Shipping Delays and Issues
  • We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, Zack & Gio is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact our support team, and we will assist in tracking or resolving the issue.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, Zack & Gio is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received by the customer.
  • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving the package. Include photos of the damage, and we’ll work to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
  • Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to ensure accurate delivery. Zack & Gio is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as an incorrect item).
