ALL sales are final! We do not do returns  We only accept returns if the package/item is damaged or destroyed when you receive it! (With proof) Customers have 3 days to notify me.

We cannot refund the shipping cost.

Shipping Policy

We are NOT responsible for any packages lost or stolen in transit. We are also not responsible for delay in packages. Once the package is shipped, we are no longer liable for what happens to it, because it is out of our hands.

Please contact UPS or the carrier to have updates regarding your order. Please make sure you have the correct number/contact information, in case something occurs with your order. Processing usually takes up to 1 day. Please allow 2-5 days for shipping!
